LARGE FORMAT SUBLIMATION

We supply custom-printed fabric to resellers who manufacture their own items, including ready-made items such as custom blankets, bedding, baby bedding, towels, bags etc. to resellers who don’t sew.

What is Sublimation?

Large-format dye sublimation is a high-quality printing technique that uses heat and pressure to transfer dye-based inks onto materials with a polyester coating or polyester fabrics. This process begins with printing the design onto a special transfer paper, which is then placed on the target material. When exposed to heat, the dye transforms into a gas and permeates the surface, creating a vibrant, durable, and permanent print that resists fading, cracking, or peeling.

Commonly used for banners, flags, soft signage, and custom textiles, large-format dye sublimation is prized for its ability to produce stunning, continuous-tone images with a smooth, professional finish.

DTF – DIRECT TO FILM

DTF film- We supply DTF film to resellers who have their own heat press and wish to print their own T-shirts, bags, caps etc, however, we can assist in applying the film for a small fee should you not have a heat press.

What is DTF?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is an innovative method that allows designs to be transferred onto a variety of materials using a special film. In this process, designs are printed onto a clear film using high-quality inks and then coated with a unique adhesive powder. Once cured, the film can be heat-pressed onto fabrics or other surfaces, resulting in vibrant, durable, and flexible prints. DTF prints are known for their ability to work on diverse fabric types, including cotton, polyester, and blends, making them a popular choice for custom apparel and merchandise.

What is Screen Printing?

Screen printing, also known as silk screening, is a versatile and widely used printing technique that involves transferring a design onto a surface using a mesh screen, ink, and a squeegee. This process works by blocking out areas of the screen with a stencil, allowing ink to pass through only the open spaces and onto the desired material, such as fabric, paper, or plastic. Known for its durability and vibrant results, screen printing is ideal for creating bold designs, especially on textiles and promotional products.
