Refunds & Returns
- We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any custom-made products as these are made to order especially for you. All our work is inspected before it is packaged to ensure that there are no faults with the order.
- We also package the order as best we can to ensure that it is safe for shipping.
- You are responsible for checking your artwork prior to printing to make sure there are no spelling/ layout mistakes.
REFUNDS
We will only consider a refund or reprint if there is a clear issue with the quality of the print that is not related to poor-quality artwork, wrong spelling or incorrect layout.

CANCELLED ORDERS
Should you cancel your order before it has been processed/printed, we will only refund your order total minus the service fees charged by our payment platform. Orders that have already been processed or printed will not be refunded.
