DTF can be applied to most fabrics, such as; cotton, polyester, polyester blends etc.

What ready-made items can DTF be applied to?

Pencil cases, subject bags, caps, t-shirts, kitbags, golf shirts, drawstring bags, diaries, etc

What does DTF stand for?

DTF stands for “direct-to-film” and is a printing technique that transfers designs onto fabric using a heat press.
A PNG design is printed onto a special film using a DTF printer and water-based inks and a white ink is printed on top of the design to create a base. A specialised resin powder is then sprinkled onto the wet ink to act as an adhesive, the print is cured and then ready to be pressed onto the fabric using a heat press. Read more about the DTF process here.

What is the difference between sewn and unsewn?

SEWN items are items that are “finished/ stitched” and sewn up, ready for delivery to your customer once you receive them.
UNSEWN items are items that require “stitching” that you will need to sew. This could be hemming the edges or adding materials to complete the product. Resellers who do their own sewing normally take printed fabric unsewn and complete their products themselves.
Although our main business is to print and supply, we do offer finished (sewn-up) items for resale.
